Standard delivery is 48 hours for documents under 5,000 words. Priority delivery within 24 hours is available on our Professional plan. For urgent requests, same-day delivery can be arranged for shorter documents.
We accept all standard formats including Word, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, HTML, XML, JSON, and more. Translated files are returned in your original format with formatting preserved.
Every translation passes through three stages: native linguist translation, specialist reviewer check, and automated QA verification. We are ISO 17100 certified and maintain translation memories for terminology consistency.
Absolutely. All our linguists sign NDAs, and we have enterprise-grade security protocols for data handling. We regularly work with law firms, financial institutions, and government agencies on highly sensitive materials.
We accept bank transfer, credit card, and purchase orders. Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date. Monthly invoicing is available for ongoing partnerships.

We maintain a vetted network of over 3,000 professional translators across every time zone. Every linguist is a native speaker of the target language with a minimum of five years of professional translation experience. Many hold advanced degrees or professional certifications in their specialisation (legal, medical, financial, technical).

Talkbridge LTD is registered in the British Virgin Islands (company nr 1664226), with operational presence in London and a globally distributed team. Our BVI registration means we do not charge VAT on any services, passing significant savings directly to our clients.

Standard delivery is 2-3 business days for projects up to 10,000 words. For urgent requests, our rush service delivers within 24 hours. Large-volume projects receive a custom timeline based on scope, and we can deploy multiple translators in parallel to meet tight deadlines.
