We are seeking native-speaking translators with specialist subject knowledge across all language pairs. Ideal candidates hold a degree in translation, linguistics, or a relevant subject-matter field (law, medicine, finance, engineering) and have a minimum of 5 years’ professional translation experience. All applicants undergo our multi-stage vetting process including a timed translation test. Competitive per-word rates with premium pay for Preferred Linguist status.
Project Managers: Experienced project managers who thrive in fast-paced, multilingual environments. You will coordinate translation workflows across multiple language pairs, manage client relationships, allocate translator resources, and ensure on-time delivery to ISO 17100 quality standards. PMP certification or equivalent preferred. Full-time remote positions with flexible scheduling and a dedicated training budget.
Quality Assurance, Reviewers Senior Linguists and QA specialists to review translations for accuracy, terminology consistency, and adherence to client style guides. You will work within our proprietary QA scoring framework, evaluating deliverables against 28 quality metrics. Minimum 7 years’ experience in translation review required, with demonstrable expertise in at least one specialist domain.
Terminologists: Terminology management specialists to build, maintain, and quality-check multilingual glossaries and termbases for enterprise client accounts. You will work closely with project managers and translators to ensure terminological consistency across high-volume, long-term projects. Experience with MemoQ, or equivalent terminology management tools essential.
Client Services Coordinators: Client-facing professionals to manage inbound enquiries, prepare quotes, onboard new accounts, and coordinate with project management teams. Strong communication skills, fluency in English plus at least one additional language, and experience in the translation or professional services industry preferred. Full-time remote with core hours overlap.
Language Technology: Engineers Software engineers and NLP specialists to develop and maintain TalkbridgeOS, our client-facing project management platform, as well as internal workflow automation tools, translation memory integrations, and AI-assisted quality assurance systems. Experience with Python, React, and localisation APIs preferred. Competitive salary.
